Tasks

Monitoring Inbound and Outbound activities
Providing on-site support to external logistics providers regarding daily operational business
Supporting Implementation of new Logistic Systems (Warehouse Management System/ Transport Management System)
Acting as key user during testing phases and conducting end-user training sessions, including process documentation
Being available as constant support for Operational Business Team
Supporting stock control and inventory management activities

Requirements

Relevant education combined with several years of experience in warehouse management and logistics processes
Proficiency in English and German
Willingness to travel and flexibility with working time arrangements
Strong assertiveness, hands-on mentality and ability to perform under pressure
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Strong drive for results and a high level of initiative as key competencies
