Tasks
- Monitoring Inbound and Outbound activities
- Providing on-site support to external logistics providers regarding daily operational business
- Supporting Implementation of new Logistic Systems (Warehouse Management System/ Transport Management System)
- Acting as key user during testing phases and conducting end-user training sessions, including process documentation
- Being available as constant support for Operational Business Team
- Supporting stock control and inventory management activities
Requirements
- Relevant education combined with several years of experience in warehouse management and logistics processes
- Proficiency in English and German
- Willingness to travel and flexibility with working time arrangements
- Strong assertiveness, hands-on mentality and ability to perform under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong drive for results and a high level of initiative as key competencies
